Description

All New Iris
Gently ruffled, slightly fragrant petals are coloured creamy white with variable streaks of violet-purple. The blooms' edges and beards are mustard yellow, while the hairs are purple tipped. This award-winning iris has a strong growth habit.

Irises are hardy and easy to grow, with attractive foliage and spectacular flowers. The characteristic bloom form—three upright petals (standards) sitting atop three larger, outer sepals (falls)—makes it one of world's most recognizable flowering plants. Planting & Care

Planting InstructionsSet rhizome so bottom half is below ground level. Firm well and water thoroughly. Plant where they will get at least 5 hours of sun per day.

Soil RequirementsWell drained preferred. Quite tolerant of a wide range of soils.

PruningRemove spent flower stems after blooming. In late fall; cut back foliage to 15 cm fans. Clean plant debris before winter to prevent borers overwintering.

Winter CareMulch in colder climates and remove in early spring before growth starts.
